Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at enquiries@glassfit.com.au or call us on the phone number listed on our website.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been scratched, muddied or otherwise made unsalable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We would really appreciate it if you could please include photos of damage in your email to at enquiries@glassfit.com.au.

Exchanges

If for whatever reason, you are not happy with the particulars of your order, we will offer an exchange with the price difference being settled, or a partial refund given. This is subject to stock being available.

Refunds

If you decide you’d prefer a complete refund and your items qualify for a return, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, less shipping costs in returning the product to us. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, and returned to us in terms of the returns policy above. We do not offer refunds where third party shipping providers experience valid delays in shipping products to you – such as during peak periods or in areas that may be affected by events including but not limited to flooding. Where you qualify for a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at enquiries@glassfit.com.au.
